In a mixing bowl combine the Maggi Shawarma seasoning and yogurt until smooth. Add the chicken pieces and and mix together until chicken is fully coated.

Cut the peppers and onion into chunks that can be threaded onto the skewers that fit your air fryer.
Tip
If you don't have skewers to fit your air fryer you can either transfer the chicken and veg to an oven tray and grill or roast or just air fry the mixture without skewers.

Cook the chicken skewers in an air fryer preheated to 190C for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is piping hot throughout and any juices run clear.

Serve with Pita or flatbread, salad and tzatziki or garlic sauce.
