If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Wash the lettuce and roughly chop, divide between 2 plates. Top with tomatoes, the green beans and croutons.
Slice the chicken and lay on top of the salad, drizzle over the dressing and finish with the Caesar dressing.
Scatter over shavings of parmesan (or simply grate over the top) and ta dah! Salad done!
