If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Open the packs of Maggi 3 Minute Noodles and take out the curry sachets - tip the curry seasoning into a pan and add 600ml boiling water, stir. Add the kale to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the sweetcorn, sliced mushrooms and noodles to the pan and cook for 3 further minutes.
Take the noodles off the heat and divide them between 2 large bowls. Top the bowls with beansprouts, chilli sauce, extra chilli slices, and coriander leaves. Tip - Add some crispy onions, a squeeze of lime and a dash of Maggi Liquid Seasoning for extra flavour!
