If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Chop the onion and cucumber into a fine dice.
Bake or air fry the chips until crispy according to the pack instructions.
Tip the chips onto a large serving plate and spoon over the pomegranate seeds, chopped cucumber, onion, coriander and finely crumble over the feta cheese.
Finally drizzle with the Maggi Masala Chilli Sauce (or you can use Tamarind sauce if you prefer!).
