If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season the prawns with salt and pepper and grill or barbecue for about three minutes on both sides until piping hot.
Slice the onion thinly, and quarter the tomatoes.
Then cut the avocado into slices. Then marinate them with the lime juice and a pinch of salt.
Heat the tacos according to the package instructions and fill with shredded lettuce, avocado, onions, tomatoes and prawns. Then finish with a few dollops of Maggi Chilli Sauce and scatter over the coriander leaves. Serve with rice and corn on the cob for a more complete meal.
